A latest addition to the chain’s well known $13 Lunch Specials menu, the new Strawberry Rooster Salad is a mild, nonetheless flavorful option which is great for mid-day. The new dish begins with a mattress of newborn industry greens, topped with grilled rooster, fresh strawberries, mandarin oranges, bleu cheese, candied pecans, and a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Along with the new Strawberry Chicken Salad, BJ’s is also serving up a new Bacon Rooster Ranch Piadina, which is a wrap manufactured with applewood-smoked bacon and seasoned grilled chicken, and the new Smothered Southern Fried Hen, which capabilities hand-breaded buttermilk fried hen.
