Google subsidiary DeepMind claims it could start a ChatGPT rival quickly – and its chatbot promises to be a safer form of AI assistant.

DeepMind has been a pioneer in AI analysis for the past 10 years and was obtained by Google nine several years ago. On the other hand, with ChatGPT thieving the recent headlines, DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis informed Time (opens in new tab) that it’s looking at releasing its personal chatbot, called Sparrow, for a “private beta” someday in 2023.
